- Complimentary Plumbing/HVAC Diagnostics: We will never charge you a service or diagnostic fee to come out to your home!
- Annual Plumbing Maintenance: Test water pressure, temperature & quality throughout the home. Check connections/operation for shut-off valves, toilets, appliances, garbage disposal, and drains.
- Annual Water Heater Maintenance: Standard tank water heater flush, clean exterior of water heater, check anode protection rod, inspect all surrounding connections, test temperature, vent draft & gas leaks. Discounted rate for Tankless water heater flush.
- Annual Air Conditioning Tune-Up: Inspect air filters and replace with customer supplied filters if needed, assess safety controls, measure voltage & amps, examine blower compartment, measure temperature rise, measure refrigerant charge, inspect condensate drain, examine and clean condenser, gauge system air flow.
- Annual Furnace Tune-Up: Examine voltage and current checks, inspect heat exchanger, verify gas pressure, test for carbon monoxide, test ignition system, inspect wiring, test and verify system controls.

2024- My A/C went completely out on a three digit hot evening and I left a message after hours. Someone called me back soon afterwards to confirm it was not an emergency. They offered to have someone come out right away at an additional cost. I chose to wait until regular business hours and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. The tech was very professional and kind and repaired my unit and got it back up and running quickly. The cost was just a bit higher than expected but it was worth it. Top notch company! Much appreciation!
2025- My A/C is not working to it’s full capacity so I called and the NICEST tech came out, Keith, and provided his honest, expert opinion as to what is going on with my unit and I am just so happy that I found this company online last year and I feel that I can trust them with any future issues I may encounter. Susan and I are very grateful to the technician, Chavis, for resolving a serious issue regarding a gas leak. SW Energy had pointed out a potential emergency with a faulty gas installation in our garage that was leaking gas and urged us to get immediate help. We called 702 Plumbing and Chavis was dispatched almost immediately. Right away he identified the problem and all the problems were resolved, so we had gas and hot water restored for the weekend. Thank you 702 and Chavis!
