In a fit of unusual homeowner responsibility, I called for an under sink leak and got quotes for tankless water heater and replacements of all angle stops and hoses under the sink, plus a few faucets. Tyler came out and reviewed things—knowledgeable and very friendly. I decided to just get it all done at once. Gerardo and Jaime were here today for the heater install—Also knowledgeable and friendly! 5 Stars so far! They’ll be back to complete the indoor stuff tomorrow am.

We couldn’t be more thankful to Hemal N. We use a home warranty company who told us that our AC motor was leaking oil and they wouldn’t pay to replace it. So, for a few days we had no AC. We called 702 PlumbAir to get an estimate for a new unit, accepting that ours is somewhat older. In reality, 4 screws were missing and a connector switch needed to be plugged back in. He even showed us a video of the motor — not leaking oil. He was respectful, worked diligently, and helped us understand our home a little better. Safe to say we’ll be returning to this company exclusively for HVAC. The air is up and running smoothly, and I called for help less than 24 hours ago. Thank you Hemal, so so much!

I contacted several plumbing companies to install my tankless water heater. I did receive a lower offer from someone else but did not feel comfortable with the person who represented the company. Landon from702 plumbing was great. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and made me feel great about this company. If it wasn't for him I would have chosen someone else. He actually went above and beyond to ensure my happiness with the installation. Even though 702 was not the lowest quote, they did match the lowest quote I received. I will definitely call them again. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that fact that they were pricey. I understand though everyone is trying to make money.

These guys are my go-to for all plumbing emergencies and needs. We had a water main leak and these guys came out next day to assess, then performed the job i er the next two. This includes new trenching, pipes, the whole nine. They restored the front to the best of their abilities and cleaned up the work area extremely well. Oscar, Jaime, and Gordo deserves all the recognition. If I could reward bonuses, I would cause they deserve it.

They are responsive, quick, and I'm sure knowledgeable. Tyler did a good job, was in and out. However, $215 to change a waste pipe in my sink is insane. Y'all took advantage for sure. When I ended up having to change it again the next day (not because of their fault), I quickly found how easy it was to switch it out, and now I'm just kind of annoyed. It was $20 for the supplies I needed at home depot. That's just not right. I called and asked if they just have a base price that I missed, and she said that it's based on job complexity. Fair. But this isn't complex. Technically you didn't do anything wrong. I signed the agreement and agreed to pay. However, I'd much rather go with a company that's honest and doesn't overcharge me for a simple job like this.

PlumbAir Club is worth it!! The annual inspections are a must to keep your annual maintenance cost down and insuring your equipment performs at their optimal level. Our first service check for the year was our drinking water system. Diagnostics were performed and filters replaced. The technician Landon was very detailed in explaining what was required and how it would be performed. He was very courteous and cognizant on entering the home with his booties and cleaning after repairs. Highly recommend 702 PlumbAir for their services!!

When I first called 702PlumbAir, I spoke with Jenny, the office manager. She was very professional and polite. She sent Danny to provide an estimate for the work I needed. Danny was efficient, precise, and answered all my questions while giving me an immediate quote for the entire job. I was told the work would be completed within 24 hours, whereas others estimated a week. The crew arrived promptly the next morning, demonstrating knowledge, efficiency, and commitment. Jaime and Gerardo, the key workers in charge, went above and beyond expectations, ensuring everything was done correctly and addressing all my questions. The initial job was completed on time, but since I requested additional work, it took an extra day—still right on schedule. Their cleanup exceeded my expectations. Later, I requested a third project, and Austin was sent out to provide an estimate. He was also polite and professional. Though I wasn’t in a rush for this project, the quote from management didn’t align with what I was looking for. Bottom line: their workers are exceptional, and the results are great. However, they are not the cheapest option. If you prioritize quality, efficiency, and reliability over cost, 702PlumbAir should be your choice.

The very first company we had come out (very big company with really annoying radio commercials... they don't do things the easy way or the right way), took things apart and quoted us $30,000 for a whole new system. They didn't put anything back together and left. This company not only fixed everything, they put everything back together. Everything looks so much better and cleaner and nicer than it did before. I’ve used them everytime for plumbing issues and they have been absolutely amazing. They’re super quick, informative, fast to make it over, and always so friendly. This past time I had Stanley Hutchinson and he was so friendly and showed me how to fix the toilet and even gave me recommendations for things to buy. He was very quick and efficient. Definitely a great employee.

They did duct replacement, new shower system installation, Toto toilet installation, quick valve installations etc. They're fast, friendly and did a high quality jobs. The receptionists are also very friendly and responded to me right away. The price is probably medium high, but they do a great job for the price. I highly recommend this company.
