Got it done the same day, and came 4 hours earlier than the scheduled appt since he became available when someone canceled. Set us up with contacts to address any mold concerns, and a job well done. Again today, October 26, 2026, Cameron Miller, service technician, provided a quote to install new valve $1800 for upstairs bathroom. I am a satisfied customer with the quote and anticipate an exceptional job once job is completed on the scheduled upcoming date. I have provided before pictures and will provide additional pictures after the job is completed. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Cameron Miller who was great and careful team member.

The technician (Keith) was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. He quickly identified the source of the problem and addressed the concern. His interaction is to be commended and is an example to be emulated.

702 plumbAIR gave us really good service on our water tank. Something was broken and they checked all the parts and explained what they were doing. They were able to diagnose that the issue was electrical and not the tank itself. They showed up the same day we called. I will be using them again for all my plumbing issues.

Susan and I are very grateful to the technician, Chavis, for resolving a serious issue regarding a gas leak. SW Energy had pointed out a potential emergency with a faulty gas installation in our garage that was leaking gas and urged us to get immediate help. We called 702 Plumbing and Chavis was dispatched almost immediately. Right away he identified the problem and all the problems were resolved, so we had gas and hot water restored for the weekend. Thank you 702 and Chavis!

702 Plumbing and their team are always reliable, on time, efficient and friendly. We’ve been using them for 2 years now for our plumbing needs and found them after having a really bad experience with another plumbing company that not only drained our pockets, but also provided such bad service we thought we were getting pranked. It’s difficult to find this type of good service anymore with most vendors today where they actually take pride in the quality of their work and keeping a good report with their customers. We highly recommend them. This is my 2nd review for 702 PlumbAIR. We’ve been using 702 PlumbAIR for our HVAC needs for a few years now and are very satisfied with their service. We are customers of their membership program for bi-annual maintenance as well as for adhoc service requests. Recently, we had one of our HVAC systems go out during the middle of the summer and had Hemel assist us with the estimate and repair. Hemel was friendly and knowledgeable. He also went out of his way to assist us with talking to our home warranty company regarding our claim. Hemel was patient and professional throughout the entire process and completed all repairs needed to get our HVAC back and running again.
