The weather is heating up in Las Vegas and so we wanted to get our air conditioner serviced for the summer. Keith from 702 PlumbAIR came out. With that service, membership was included for the water heater AND my a/c unit. They recently came out to inspect my a/c unit and again, they were on top of it. (4 years ago). 2nd visit (May, 2025) - I want to extend a hearty kudo to Stanley Hutchison for doing a major repair and replacement of my bathtub valves. The result looked great without any damage to my drywall or tiles. Then Stanley removed and replaced a shutoff valve under my sink which was highly corroded with calcium deposits. He gave me tips on how to keep my toilet and pipes operating well using baking soda and vinegar. Stanley displayed a high professionalism being very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. I am so glad that I chose 702 PlumbAir to take care of my plumbing needs, AND their price was substantially less that my first quote with Simply Air, Cooling Heating and Plumbing! 3rd visit (May 2025) for Insulation Work I called 702 PlumbAir for a job to insulate my attic after an HVAC system was recently installed. My review for this project consists of 2 stars for certain reasons and 5 stars for other reasons. Keith (a lead technician) earned 5 stars. First of all, he came to my home to inspect my attic, determine exactly what was needed, and gave me an estimate of the total cost. He was even going to clean my dryer vent at no additional cost! His estimate was well below what One Hour was going to charge me, and his explanation of all the details involved proved that he was very knowledgeable about his craft. However, I was disappointed that he was not the one to actually install the insulation. On the day the work was to be done, Victor arrived at my house over 2 hours late without a courtesy call. (Keith later explained that this was due to miscommunication in the office.) Then the hose that he had rented was still packed with insulation so he tried to return it to the store and get a new one, but that unfortunately wasn't possible. He ended up having to spend a half hour clearing out the material before the job could even begin. This resulted in an hour and a half delay. The job finally finished around 5:30 pm even though it was scheduled to take place between 10 and 11 am. Two days later Keith came to inspect the work. He went above and beyond my expectations. He took photos of all the work that had been done to show me that everything had been completed correctly by Victor (including borders around the vents and lifting the AC and dryer vents to exit the roof (which previously had not been done). Some small pieces of insulation fell from an unsecured furnace vent in the garage so Keith took care of that too (which was not their fault). Update: a few days later, I received a call from the owner Shari, and she was very concerned about the problems I experienced. 702 PlumbAir will continue to get my business because they truly care.

I came home at 4:30 to find my water heater leaking all over my garage. When I called PlumbAir they had a tech in the area and were at my house about an hour later. By 10:30 the next morning my new water heater was already installed! So pleased with the prompt, professional response. I have used them before and have never been disappointed. I will use no-one else.

We couldn’t be more thankful to Hemal N. We use a home warranty company who told us that our AC motor was leaking oil and they wouldn’t pay to replace it. So, for a few days we had no AC. We called 702 PlumbAir to get an estimate for a new unit, accepting that ours is somewhat older. In reality, 4 screws were missing and a connector switch needed to be plugged back in. He even showed us a video of the motor — not leaking oil. He was respectful, worked diligently, and helped us understand our home a little better. Safe to say we’ll be returning to this company exclusively for HVAC. The air is up and running smoothly, and I called for help less than 24 hours ago. Thank you Hemal, so so much!

I contacted several plumbing companies to install my tankless water heater. I did receive a lower offer from someone else but did not feel comfortable with the person who represented the company. Landon from702 plumbing was great. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and made me feel great about this company. If it wasn't for him I would have chosen someone else. He actually went above and beyond to ensure my happiness with the installation. Even though 702 was not the lowest quote, they did match the lowest quote I received. I will definitely call them again. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that fact that they were pricey. I understand though everyone is trying to make money.

I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with the work done. Darian (forgot spelling) was excellent. Give them a call when you need any plumbing work. The also service A/C if you need that.

These guys are my go-to for all plumbing emergencies and needs. We had a water main leak and these guys came out next day to assess, then performed the job i er the next two. This includes new trenching, pipes, the whole nine. They restored the front to the best of their abilities and cleaned up the work area extremely well. Oscar, Jaime, and Gordo deserves all the recognition. If I could reward bonuses, I would cause they deserve it.

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was good with my dogs 😊 He and his manager were able to work with us on pricing so we were able to fix all the problems we were having. They are responsive, quick, and I'm sure knowledgeable. Tyler did a good job, was in and out. However, $215 to change a waste pipe in my sink is insane. Y'all took advantage for sure. When I ended up having to change it again the next day (not because of their fault), I quickly found how easy it was to switch it out, and now I'm just kind of annoyed. It was $20 for the supplies I needed at home depot. That's just not right. I called and asked if they just have a base price that I missed, and she said that it's based on job complexity. Fair. But this isn't complex. Technically you didn't do anything wrong. I signed the agreement and agreed to pay. However, I'd much rather go with a company that's honest and doesn't overcharge me for a simple job like this.

PlumbAir Club is worth it!! The annual inspections are a must to keep your annual maintenance cost down and insuring your equipment performs at their optimal level. Our first service check for the year was our drinking water system. Diagnostics were performed and filters replaced. The technician Landon was very detailed in explaining what was required and how it would be performed. He was very courteous and cognizant on entering the home with his booties and cleaning after repairs. Highly recommend 702 PlumbAir for their services!!

When I first called 702PlumbAir, I spoke with Jenny, the office manager. She was very professional and polite. She sent Danny to provide an estimate for the work I needed. Danny was efficient, precise, and answered all my questions while giving me an immediate quote for the entire job. I was told the work would be completed within 24 hours, whereas others estimated a week. The crew arrived promptly the next morning, demonstrating knowledge, efficiency, and commitment. Jaime and Gerardo, the key workers in charge, went above and beyond expectations, ensuring everything was done correctly and addressing all my questions. The initial job was completed on time, but since I requested additional work, it took an extra day—still right on schedule. Their cleanup exceeded my expectations. Later, I requested a third project, and Austin was sent out to provide an estimate. He was also polite and professional. Though I wasn’t in a rush for this project, the quote from management didn’t align with what I was looking for. Bottom line: their workers are exceptional, and the results are great. However, they are not the cheapest option. If you prioritize quality, efficiency, and reliability over cost, 702PlumbAir should be your choice.
